It can be defined as the normal functioning of the body. Representing one dimension of total well-being, it's about how your body grows, feels and moves, how you care for it, and what you put into it.

The core pillars of physical health are consistently identified as Nutrition, Physical activity, Sleep, and Stress management. These interconnected elements provide your body with fuel, strength, restoration, and balance, forming the foundation for overall well-being.
Here's a breakdown of these fundamental pillars:
1. Nutrition
Definition: The process of choosing and eating food that provides the essential nutrients (vitamins, minerals, protein, carbs, healthy fats) your body needs to function, grow, repair, and maintain energy.
2. Physical Activity
Definition: Any bodily movement that requires energy, from walking and exercise to daily tasks like cleaning — it improves fitness, strength, and cardiovascular health.
3. Sleep

My personal knowledge and experience with the pillar of physical health as a student, As a student, I’ve learned that the four health pillars don’t just exist in textbooks — they’re something I navigate every single day, although yes its hard to maintain especially the Enough sleep but pillar helps me to avoid physical and mental consequence.
